Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years recent CVICU experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
• Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to patients in the Cardiovascular ICU
• Closely monitor patients with advanced cardiac needs and respond rapidly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, manage complex equipment, and interpret hemodynamic data
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the recovery process
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure best possible outcomes
• Adhere to facility protocols and provide documentation for all interventions
