Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract assignment, variable shifts
What Youll Do:
- Deliver coordinated, compassionate nursing care to CVICU patients or an assigned group
- Apply the nursing process and established standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams utilizing strong critical thinking and independent judgment
- Employ professional discretion and supervisory skills as you guide staff and manage patient care
- Adapt in fast-paced, complex patient care situations, promoting safety and quality
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Previous CVICU or critical care nursing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with multiple staff levels
- Strong communication, leadership, and assessment skills
- Capacity to manage high-acuity patients and excel under pressure
