Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent CVICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate multidisciplinary care
Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position; schedules may include 12-hour shifts based on unit needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to CVICU patients
- Oversee and guide assigned nursing and ancillary staff
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
