Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU nursing
- Current certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS are required
- Ability to maintain patient ratios consistent with acuity: 1:1 for ICU, 1:2 for ICU status, and 1:3 for stepdown/non-ICU care
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient status vigilantly and respond promptly to changes
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of patient care
