Schedule/Hours:

Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in good standing
- 1-2 years of recent CVICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate care within interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to CVICU patients, utilizing established nursing standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff
- Employ critical thinking and independent judgment for complex patient needs
