Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Specialized experience in CVICU nursing
- Demonstrated expertise in critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Ability to supervise, direct, and collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, coordinated nursing care using the nursing process and established standards
- Oversee and delegate duties to assigned nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care
