Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated, compassionate nursing care for CVICU patients using established standards and the nursing process.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care.
- Supervise, mentor, and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff.
- Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient outcomes and optimal care coordination.

- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of recent, direct experience in a CVICU or comparable intensive care environment.
