Job Description
A travel Registered Nurse with CVICU experience is needed to provide skilled nursing care for patients within a cardiac and cardiovascular intensive care unit. This role requires delivering coordinated care according to established nursing standards and processes. The nurse will supervise and guide assigned nursing staff and collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care using critical thinking and professional judgment
- Supervise and manage activities of assigned nursing personnel at various levels
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans to optimize patient outcomes
