Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license, valid for practice.
- Minimum of one year of recent CVICU experience required.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities.
- Comfortable with advanced cardiovascular monitoring and therapies.
- Familiarity with ventilators, multiple IV infusions, and emergent interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to cardiovascular patients, including those with complex cardiac conditions and post-surgical needs.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and critical changes in patient status.
- Administer medications, manage intravenous drips, and perform assessments with exceptional attention to detail.
- Adhere strictly to established protocols for infection prevention and safety.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and post-discharge options.
