Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiothoracic ICU experience, including direct care of fresh heart post-ops
- Experience with complex CV surgical cases, cardiogenic shock, AAA
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Previous travel nursing experience required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert care to critically ill cardiothoracic patients, including those with fresh heart surgeries
- Monitor and manage complex cardiac and vascular conditions
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimum patient outcomes
- Document and communicate using EPIC EMR system
- Adapt rapidly in a fast-paced, specialized ICU environment
