Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit expertise to provide high-quality nursing care. This contract role offers a chance to apply specialized skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients within the assigned unit.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
  • Lead and supervise nursing personnel to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and document progress meticulously.
  • Coordinate treatment planning and support discharge procedures.

Desired Experience:

  • Current RN licensure with cardiovascular ICU experience.
  • Proven ability to assess complex patient conditions and develop effective care plans.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide nursing staff and promote team collaboration.
  • Competency in patient evaluation and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
