Your Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted RN license
- At least one year of recent Cath Lab nursing experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Strong understanding of cardiac and vascular procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Comfort with adapting quickly to a dynamic setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor and document vital signs throughout procedures
- Administer medications as ordered and respond promptly to changes in patient status
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
- Maintain a sterile work environment and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-care
