Step into an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic, specialized environment within a Cath Lab. This contract position offers a balanced schedule and the chance to expand your skills while assisting with complex cardiac procedures.

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour day shifts
• On-call required 12 nights per week
• Required to work 1 weekend every 46 weeks

Qualifications:

• Active California RN license (must be active at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
• At least 1 year of recent ICU, ER, or PACU experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with recovery for cardiac caths, PCIs, PFO, CTO, and EP procedures, including pacemakers, BiV, AICD, and Cryo
• UPDATED supervisory or higher references required at submission
• Open to first time travelers

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assist patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
• Support physicians in the Cath Lab and provide safe, effective patient care
• Respond to emergencies and complex cardiac events with expertise and composure
• Participate in the recovery of cardiac cases, including advanced interventional and EP procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Flexible to meet on-call and weekend coverage as needed
