Qualifications:

• Active RN license and in good standing
• Minimum of 12 years recent Cath Lab experience
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong knowledge of cath lab equipment, procedures, and patient care protocols
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to new settings quickly

Key Responsibilities:

• Support cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical needs throughout procedures
• Administer medications and intravenous contrast materials as prescribed
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-care instructions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere strictly to infection prevention and safety protocols
