Youll be entrusted with providing exceptional care to patients before and after catheterization and electrophysiology procedures, working in a setting known for its commitment to high standards and innovation in cardiac care. Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment
  • Shifts and hours provided upon offer

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments for patients undergoing catheterization or electrophysiology studies
  • Manage vascular access and device implant sites, including radial, femoral, IJ, and device pockets
  • Administer medications as specified by the care plan
  • Assist in cardioversions and support procedures as needed
  • Monitor and interpret vital signs and ECGs throughout the patients stay
  • Deliver comprehensive post-procedure discharge education to support home recovery and safety

Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license with eligibility to practice in Ohio
  • Previous experience in Cath Lab or cardiac care strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in vascular access management and medication administration
  • Solid understanding of cardiac rhythms and peri-procedural nursing
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
