This travel opportunity positions you in a continually evolving Cath Lab environment where you'll develop a deeper clinical expertise, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and encounter a diverse range of workplace approaches. Expand your clinical repertoire and resume by engaging with new technologies, participating in innovative care models, and honing your leadership skills.
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour day shifts (7AM 5:30PM)
- On-call rotation: 1-2 weekends per month, 8-10 days per month
- Minimal floating to other locations, maximizing consistency
Licensure & Certification Requirements:
- Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state)
- BLS Certification from AHA
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Experience in Cath Lab settings is a plus
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of patient rights and care appropriate to diverse populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care plans
- Reassess patients to evaluate and adjust care pathways
- Implement evidence-based interventions and document care delivery
- Participate in health education and discharge planning
- Coordinate team functions and mentor new staff
- Exhibit flexibility and professionalism in daily workflow
- Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards
