Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license (NY preferred)
- Minimum one year of experience in Cath Lab nursing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, specialized nursing care in the Cath Lab for pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patients
- Prepare and assist for cardiac catheterizations and other interventional procedures
- Monitor patient status and intervene appropriately to ensure safety and optimal outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, technicians, and fellow nursing staff
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care and procedural details
