In this contract position, youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, delivering cutting-edge care and supporting patients through every step of their cardiac procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of two years experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, EKG interpretation, and specialized Cath Lab equipment
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-acuity, fast-paced situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time schedule with flexibility, including some on-call shifts as necessary
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and related interventional procedures
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, identifying any changes and communicating promptly
- Prepare and maintain Cath Lab instruments, supplies, and environment for optimal safety and efficiency
- Provide clear explanations and reassurance to patients and their families regarding procedures and post-procedure care
- Document all clinical interventions, assessments, and outcomes accurately
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and quality standards

$2,709 - $2,856/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
