This assignment provides an excellent environment for professional growth. Youll work within a multidisciplinary cath lab, collaborating with a strong clinical team and gaining direct experience with complex cardiovascular procedures, including structural heart, diagnostic, and therapeutic coronary and peripheral interventions. Exposure to diverse workplace dynamics and leadership styles will greatly expand your clinical expertise and leadership potential, making it a valuable addition to your career portfolio.
Schedule/Hours:
- MondayFriday, variable start time between 7:00-8:00 am (scheduled eight hours a day)
- Call requirement: about one day per week and one weekend per month
- Must reside 50 miles away or more
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- RCIS or RAD certification
- Minimum two years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology experience
- Degree in relevant field (BA, BS, BSN, AA) or equivalent years of experience
- Ability to scrub and pan for peripheral and diagnostic studies
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and maintain confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients through invasive cardiac and vascular diagnostic testing or interventions
- Perform scrub and monitoring duties using advanced cath lab equipment
- Operate radiology imaging technology according to established procedures
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
