This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced RN to work in a dynamic Cath Lab environment, collaborating with skilled healthcare professionals and learning from diverse workplace practices and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
- Days: 7AM - 5:30PM
- 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
- On-call: 12 weekends per month, 810 days monthly
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current NM RN license or Compact state license
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Foundation in Cath Lab nursing and appropriate patient care for varied ages
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement patient care according to unit standards
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
- Document and evaluate patient interventions with attention to quality and safety
- Participate in patient/family education and discharge initiatives
- Perform Point of Care testing procedures
- Communicate effectively within the care team and guide new staff or students
- Foster a supportive, collaborative, and respectful work environment
- Maintain confidentiality and champion outstanding patient relations
