Current Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, 38 hours per week
- Includes on-call rotationtypically one night per week and every 4th to 5th weekend (including some nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on department needs)
Desired Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 12 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab RN, with strong procedural skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Exceptional critical thinking and patient assessment abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with adaptability to various work settings
- Experience handling high-pressure situations and responding quickly to emergencies
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures
- Prepare, monitor, and recover patients before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and workflow
- Maintain detailed, accurate patient records in compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide around-the-clock patient care coverage
