Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN licensure in the state of Indiana or compact privilege
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent Cath Lab nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced clinical environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor and assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and procedural details
- Administer medications and respond swiftly to emergencies
- Ensure equipment is properly set up, maintained, and sterilized
