Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (specific shift details provided upon interview)
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients in the Catheterization Lab, collaborating with medical teams during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document all aspects of care accurately.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field, assist physicians with catheter insertions, stent placements, and angioplasties.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures, post-procedural care, and recovery processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control standards, and hospital policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of one year recent Cath Lab RN experience.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments and new technologies.
