Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in a Cath Lab environment.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current).
- Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures, monitoring, and post-procedure care.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization procedures and interventions.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures for optimal safety.
- Administer medications and IVs as directed.
- Educate patients and their families on procedures and post-procedural care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all facility protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding cardiac care.
