Bring your expertise as a Registered Nurse to a dynamic Cardiac Cath Lab environment focused on delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. As part of a team in a facility dedicated to interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and endovascular diagnosis and treatment, youll play a vital role in patient outcomes during critical procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a cardiac cath lab setting
• Proficiency with interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and endovascular procedures
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable assisting with procedures, pre- and post-care, and monitoring patients throughout

Schedule/Hours:

• Full time, contract position
• Shifts and on-call requirements as assigned by department needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for cardiac and vascular procedures; monitor and document vital signs
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab
• Manage medications and provide conscious sedation under physician guidance
• Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure for complications, intervening as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
