Schedule/Hours:
- Travel-based assignment with full-time hours
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a specialized Cardiac Cath Lab team to assess, plan, and implement patient care protocols
- Utilize independent judgment and critical thinking skills in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Operate advanced medical equipment with a focus on patient safety, accuracy, and efficiency
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and related interventional procedures
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members regarding procedures and care updates
- Follow established protocols and document all treatments and findings accurately
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing preferred
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Cath Lab procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
