Experienced Registered Nurses with specialized Cath Lab expertise are invited to provide integral support to a dynamic cardiovascular team. This contract role focuses on the Cath Lab, serving patients with a high standard of care and contributing to advanced cardiac procedures.

Schedule/Hours:

• On call every 34 days and every third or fourth weekend
• Orientation starts every two weeks on Wednesday, with system-wide training Wednesday and Thursday, followed by unit-specific orientation on Friday

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Ohio RN license required
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab nursing experience
• At least 1 year of Electrophysiology (EP) experience
• Skilled with hourly rounding; adaptable and thorough in patient care
• Preferred: More than 2 years' experience in Cath Lab/EP, previous work in facilities with 200+ beds, and familiarity with Meditech documentation

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the Cath Lab, adhering to best clinical practices
• Maintain accurate and prompt documentation within Meditech EMR
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical teams during cardiac procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation; respond efficiently when called in
• Comply with procedural protocols, infection control standards, and hospital policies
• Wear Caribbean Blue scrubs as required

$2,838 - $2,992/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
