Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Proficiency with pre- and post-procedure care for cardiac catheterization
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
Main Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Monitor patients vital signs before, during, and after procedures
- Administer medications and manage IVs as needed in the Cath Lab
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with best practices and safety protocols
- Document all care and procedures accurately in patient records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
