Job Description
A Registered Nurse with expertise in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab is sought to provide skilled nursing care in a dynamic cardiovascular care environment in Lewiston, ID. This travel nursing opportunity requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to support advanced invasive cardiovascular procedures under the supervision of a Cardiologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care during cardiovascular radiographic procedures adhering to state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
- Assist the Cardiac Catheterization Lab team in high-level invasive cardiac interventions.
- Anticipate and plan patient care needs effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Idaho RN license or multi-state compact license is required.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Cath Lab Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with cardiovascular radiographic procedures preferred.
