Schedule:
- 4 Days per week

Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of NM (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only, required)
- CPI (verbal) certificate (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum one year specialty experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Basic computer knowledge; multilingual abilities preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients and families, applying the nursing process
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and management to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Practice the five rights of medication administration
- Support departments mission, values, and high standards of patient advocacy
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Participate in quality and legal compliance initiatives
- Foster positive public relations and support community outreach
