Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position with variable shifts (specific scheduling details provided during interview process)

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
• Proven ability to assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to cardiac patients before, during, and after procedures
• Monitor patient status, recognize emergent complications, and act swiftly with clinical interventions
• Assist physicians and other team members during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and device placements
• Adhere strictly to evidence-based protocols, sterile procedures, and documentation standards
• Provide patient and family education on pre- and post-procedural care
• Maintain and ensure readiness of cardiac lab equipment and supplies
