This travel RN Cath Lab position is a dynamic opportunity to work alongside advanced cardiac care teams using cutting-edge technology like EPIC EMR. Gain valuable exposure to best practices in cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology (IR) cases, enhancing both your technical skills and understanding of interdisciplinary protocols. Schedule:
- Day shifts: 4x9s (36 guaranteed hours/week)
- Call: 8 days per month
- Weekends: As needed
Qualifications:
- Current RN license, in good standing
- Minimum 1 year Cath Lab RN experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Proficient with EPIC EMR (preferred)
- Adaptable, team-oriented personality
- Willingness to float within scope if needed
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care for cardiac, vascular, and IR procedures
- Monitor and assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
- Handle emergent situations with composure and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
