Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Call rotation every three weeks
- Work every third weekend
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Strong background in Cath Lab procedures and interventions
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with monitoring, charting, and emergency response in a Cath Lab setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Adaptable, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures and related interventions
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
- Operate specialized Cath Lab equipment and follow strict protocols for infection control
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused care in fast-paced situations
- Collaborate with physicians, techs, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and thorough communication with patient families
