Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

What youll do:

  • Deliver independent, effective patient care for those undergoing cardiac procedures, consistently applying the nursing process.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain and document clinical competencies, participate in quality initiatives, and uphold organizational policies.
  • Engage respectfully with patients from diverse backgrounds, always acting as an advocate.
  • Adhere to best practices for medication administration and patient safety.
  • Practice cultural competency and empathy in all interactions.
  • Participate in yearly training, departmental improvement activities, and legal compliance.
  • Model professionalism and assist with community programs as requested.

Desired experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • RN license valid in New Mexico (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab or relevant nursing experience preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only).
  • Verbally CPI certified.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and computer skills.
  • Additional language abilities are a plus.
