Job Description

A specialized nursing role focused on cardiovascular care is available in Genesee, ID, for a skilled Registered Nurse with Cath Lab expertise. This travel opportunity involves providing advanced nursing care during cardiac catheterization procedures, requiring critical thinking, leadership, and close collaboration with the Cardiologist and Cath Lab team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care during cardiovascular radiographic procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Assist and support high-level invasive cardiovascular procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary Cardiac Cath Lab team.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active RN license in Idaho or via the multi-state compact (attach license to application).
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (attach certifications).
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Cath Lab RN.
  • Strong critical thinking and scientific judgment skills.
  • Familiarity with Cardiovascular nursing practices and catheterization procedures.
