Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, 38 hours per week
- Includes on-call rotation to cover nights, weekends, and holidays
- Typically on-call one night per week and every 4th5th weekend, dependent on staffing needs
Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Previous experience in Cath Lab nursing strongly preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, compassionate care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Monitor and assess patients pre- and post-procedure
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Respond efficiently to emergent situations in the lab
- Accurately document all care and procedures
