Schedule:
- Full-time, 38 hours per week
- On-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays (typically once per week and every 4th or 5th weekend, depending on staffing needs)
Desired Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of recent Cath Lab nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Flexibility for variable shifts and on-call coverage
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care during complex cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cases within the Cath Lab
- Monitor patient responses and rapidly address emergent needs
- Collaborate with physicians, techs, and multidisciplinary team members
- Ensure adherence to all safety, infection control, and quality standards
