Desired Skills and Experience:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Hours/Schedule:
- Travel assignmentrotating or fixed shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and specialized nursing care in the Cath Lab setting
- Closely monitor patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist the physician with diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Administer medications and intravenous therapy according to protocol
- Document all care and patient responses in the electronic medical record
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for patients and staff
