Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing patients for cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring top-notch patient care throughout
• Monitor vital signs, provide rapid response during procedures, and collaborate closely with physicians and technicians
• Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold the highest industry standards for safety and infection control
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-operative care, contributing to positive patient outcomes
• Support the Cath Lab team in equipment preparation, troubleshooting, and ongoing process improvements

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license with eligibility to obtain PA licensure)
• Minimum one year recent Cath Lab experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Proficiency in critical care, hemodynamic monitoring, and catheterization procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient advocacy skills
