Schedule/Hours:
- 4 days per week
- 10-hour shifts
- Full time
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Current RN license in New Mexico (required)
- BLS (AHA only) and ACLS (AHA only) required
- Verbal CPI required
- At least 1 year of Cath Lab or related specialty experience preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication, basic computer skills
- Multilingual ability is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care throughout the Cath Lab nursing process
- Act as a patient and family advocate, respecting confidentiality and cultural values
- Collaborate across disciplines to optimize patient outcomes
- Demonstrate positive public relations through professionalism and community program participation
- Efficiently manage time and maximize department productivity
- Stay current with policies, annual competencies, legal compliance, and department quality activities
