Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state or compact eligibility
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Cath Lab nursing experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and interventional cardiology procedures preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedural nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures
- Work closely with cardiologists, techs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patients hemodynamic status and manage emergency situations with composure and confidence
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and facility standards to ensure safety and quality
