This travel nursing role offers an excellent chance to broaden your clinical expertise by collaborating with diverse cardiovascular teams and adapting to a variety of workplace styles and leadership philosophies. You'll expand your professional toolkit handling an array of cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology cases, all while benefiting from a supportive environment where curiosity and skill advancement are encouraged.
Schedule/Hours:
- Day shifts, 4x9-hour schedule (guaranteed 36 hours per week)
- Weekend hours as needed
- 8 days of call per month
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Participate in diagnostic and interventional procedures on cardiac, vascular, and IR patients
- Utilize EPIC EMR system efficiently for documentation and care coordination
- Float within department scope as required
- Exhibit adaptability to evolving case loads and emergencies
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS (required)
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
- Professional demeanor with ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable with required black scrubs; maintains impeccable professional appearance
