This contract role is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses who thrive in fast-paced settings and possess a strong background in both Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology procedures.

Key Details:

• Schedule: On-call approximately every 3-4 days and every third or fourth weekend; flexible arrangements but blocked scheduling cannot be guaranteed.
• Unit: Cath Lab; scrub attire in Caribbean Blue.
• Orientation: Comprehensive two-day system orientation (Wednesdays & Thursdays) followed by unit-specific training starting Friday.
• EMR: Meditech.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Ohio.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years recent Cath Lab experience and 1 year of Electrophysiology (EP) experience.
• Comfortable with hourly rounding, adapting to a variety of patient care needs.

Preferred Experience:

• Over 2 years in Cath Lab and/or EP roles.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation.
• Previous experience in larger acute care settings (200+ bed hospital).

Essential Duties:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care during cardiac procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols.
• Participate in regular orientation and ongoing professional development.

$2,838 - $2,992/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
