Discover a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to support a busy Cardiac Catheterization Lab on a contract basis. This role focuses on delivering exceptional cardiovascular care alongside a highly skilled multidisciplinary team within state-of-the-art labs featuring equipment such as GE lab, Impella, Balloon pump, Penumbra, and IVUS systems.

Schedule/Hours:

• 4 ten-hour shifts (7:00AM 7:00PM)
• Rotating call required

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Current RCIS certification
• Certifications in ACLS and BLS
• Advanced EP experience preferred
• Strong proficiency with cardiac catherization procedures, including right and left heart catherization (diagnostic and interventional) and peripheral procedures
• Familiarity with Merge Hemo documentation system
• Ability to float for Stemi calls to nearby facilities as needed

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a busy Cardiac Cath Lab with a 3:1 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Accurately document procedures and patient data using Merge Hemo
• Maintain compliance with all unit-specific policies and protocols
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, unit secretaries, and technology staff to support optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotation, occasionally covering calls for sister hospital locations
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment
