This Cath Lab assignment gives you the chance to collaborate with expert clinicians and learn a range of workplace practices and leadership styles. Youll build your skillset in a state-of-the-art, technologically advanced environment featuring equipment from Philips and GE, as well as innovative procedures like TAVR, Watchman, and advanced electrophysiology ablations. Expect a dynamic workplace that values adaptability, teamwork, and top-tier patient care, enhancing your rsum with new challenges and rewarding experiences.
Schedule:
- 6:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Rotating weekends: 1-2 per 6-week schedule
- On-call: 1-2 nights/week and 1-2 weekends per 6 weeks
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with at least 1 year of recent acute care Cath Lab RN experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Preferred: EP or stemming experience, Meditech proficiency, adaptable team approach
- Dedicated focus on patient care and collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Manage and participate in procedures such as LHC/PCI, TAVR, Watchman, EP ablation, renal denervation, and peripheral interventions
- Work with electronic medical records (Meditech, GE MacLab, Cardiolab)
- Demonstrate flexibility with call and weekend rotations
- Ensure high-quality, compassionate care within a multidisciplinary team
