This contract opportunity offers focused hands-on experience within a state-of-the-art facility featuring four advanced rooms dedicated to interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and endovascular diagnostics and treatment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position with defined start and end dates
• Full-time scheduling, with flexibility required based on department needs

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted RN license
• Previous experience in a cardiac catheterization lab highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and endovascular procedures
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Outstanding critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Responsibilities:

• Support cardiologists and multidisciplinary team members with pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure patient care
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status before, during, and after cardiac procedures
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and other necessary interventions
• Educate patients and families on procedures, expectations, and aftercare
• Maintain a sterile environment and strict adherence to infection control protocols
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure safety and positive outcomes for patients
