Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent Cath Lab experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, administering medications, and responding to emergencies
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
Typical Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Monitor patients hemodynamic status throughout procedures
- Prepare patients and lab equipment, ensuring a safe procedural environment
- Educate patients and families on procedures and follow-up care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care documentation
