What Youll Bring:

• Active RN license and eligibility to practice in Ohio
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Recent clinical experience in a Cath Lab (within the last 12-18 months preferred)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with hemodynamic monitoring, circulating, and assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures
• Flexible, collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality patient care

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective patient care before, during, and after cardiac cath procedures
• Scrub, circulate, and monitor patients as needed throughout procedures
• Respond quickly to emergent situations with calm, evidence-based interventions
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR
• Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and aftercare instructions
