• Certification or training in Nursing ORT required
• Proven experience supporting perioperative teams in operating room settings

• Adherence to hospital safety policies and infection control standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments according to case requirements
• Assist surgical staff with patient positioning, prepping, and draping
• Maintain sterile field and monitor supplies throughout procedures
• Ensure accurate count of sponges, instruments, and sharps before, during, and after surgery
• Support post-operative care protocols, including proper equipment cleanup and documentation
• Communicate clearly with all team members to ensure patient safety throughout procedures
