Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years direct experience as a CVOR Tech
- Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain operating room instruments and equipment for cardiovascular surgeries
- Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia personnel during heart and vascular procedures
- Ensure adherence to all hospital protocols and safety standards
- Provide preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative support as needed
- Maintain accurate, detailed records and support sterile field processes
