Working as a Surgical Tech in this adult operating room setting, you'll gain invaluable exposure to acute care environments, broadening your skills in complex trauma and specialty surgeries. Schedule:

• Flexible mix of 4x8-hour and 4x12-hour evening shifts, including 11:0019:30, 15:0023:30, and 11:0023:30

Expected Skills & Qualifications:

• Active national certification required
• At least 3 years of recent operating room experience in a level 1 or 2 trauma/teaching hospital or an equivalent-sized facility
• Demonstrated proficiency with complex trauma ortho, general, ENT, vascular, and GYN cases
• Prior surgical scrub experience is essential
• Experience in OR specialities: general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, ENT, bariatric, GU, and GYN
• Proven interpersonal and communication abilities
• Clear professional record (no suspended or investigated licenses/certifications)
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance
• Capable of independently performing acute care OR tasks with minimal orientation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support during intricate surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and patient safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams
• Ensure careful handling of surgical instruments and equipment
• Contribute to a culture of safety, rapid response, and teamwork in a high-stakes environment
