Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist or equivalent (ORT)
• Experience assisting with operative and/or invasive procedures
• Proficient knowledge and use of surgical equipment and instrumentation
• Ability to perform effectively under the direction of a Registered Nurse
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide proficient perioperative patient care as part of the surgical team
• Function as the scrub assistant to physicians during operations
• Utilize expert knowledge to mentor and support fellow staff
• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and safety standards
