Schedule/Hours:
- 6:45 AM 7:15 PM shifts
- Rotating call schedule
- Weekends and holidays required
- No block scheduling
Required Experience & Skills:
- Valid and current nursing license
- Proficiency as an ORT (Operating Room Technician)
- Demonstrated travel nursing experience at previous assignments
- Level 1 Trauma Center experience is a must
- High competency in clinical skills, evidenced by assessments/references
- Burn unit experience strongly preferred
- Strong adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room environment
- Provide technical support during surgical procedures
- Ensure sterility and compliance with all protocols and safety guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and surgical teams
- Respond quickly and efficiently in high-pressure, trauma care situations
- Maintain precise documentation and adhere to quality standards
